### Experience

Helen has over 12 years of experience within the financial services sector, working across the industry and in different parts of the world.

Starting her career in life insurance and pensions, Helen often travelled between the UK and India, supporting the set up of new teams and delivering training to new employees.

Helen then moved into general insurance, working as an insurance claims manager in New Zealand specialising in motor, travel and home insurance claims.

Moving back to the UK, Helen took her experience into compliance, working as a Compliance Manager for a start-up company, setting up and embedding the company’s regulatory framework across the business.
