Gavin Richards

Gavin’s career started with Liverpool Victoria in 2008, where he worked in insurance sales. He then moved to Lloyds Banking Group to work in the PPI operation where he worked for nine and a half years as a case handler, and then as a quality assurance and outcome testing officer. He holds a BCS Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection.

More recently, Gavin worked as a compliance officer in information governance units for government teams, and as a compliance officer in a smaller family-run financial service business. He was at Go.Compare between October 2024 and December 2025.
